Every customer is different and has different needs. In this knowledge session we provide tools to be able to provide optimal service. Data plays an important role in determining which strategy to use. A strategy to deliver customer value, generate more revenue or enhance the customer experience. Marketing automation is necessary to achieve this. This knowlegde session will be presented by our member of the Innovative Entrepreneurship research group and lecturer at Zuyd Hogeschool: Bart Rams.
Marketing automation is technology that manages marketing processes and multifunctional campaigns, across multiple channels, automatically. With marketing automation, businesses can target customers with automated messages across email, web, social, and text.
